“Always very helpful when I have a question. Even when given a very weird situation if they don’t have the answer they will find the answer.
Specifically in my case, my car had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately my vehicle has a very specific windshield that Safelite could not locate on pretty much the east coast and I was driving around with a cracked windshield for almost 3 months. The car would fail inspection if the windshield was not replaced. Safelite left me to find my own windshield. When I called up Douple and told them my problem they had someone start looking for a replacement. They found one at a specific place not too far from me and I was able to get it replaced.
